Being a climate change researcher, I am passionate about building an eco-friendly and sustainable lifestyle. I gained expertise in fitness and nutrition in the past 10 years and help society by conducting open day Q/A sessions for health issues and, give away yoga and meditation sessions to PhD scholars.
I have been organizing Yoga flow sessions for all the staff members of my parent institute on the International Day of Yoga since 2 years, where we share our experiences and practice asanas for a holistic well-being.
My love for food and cooking takes me to another role of a nutrition specialist who believes in traditional grandma recipes for all health and lifestyle issues. I plan nutritious meals for livstylrs community, providing useful recipes and offering positive encouragement to help them reach their goals.
